confirming a diagnosis of BWS. Clitoromegaly resolved spontaneously at six months of life without any surgical intervention, with normal pigmentation of the external genitalia. Steroids were tapered off, and repeat adrenal metabolites are normal. BWS may present with transient features suggestive of CAH.
