Abstract

Adherence to HCC surveillance guidelines in Rwanda is suboptimal, with significant gaps across age groups and regions. These findings underscore the need for integrating HCC surveillance into routine hepatitis care and leveraging Rwanda's decentralized health system to improve early cancer detection.
