We studied AI and energy-efficient housing systems research (AIEE-HS) through publishing patterns and bibliometric analysis of related publications indexed in Elsevier's Scopus database between 1994 and 2024. The method included Scopus search queries and front-page filtering to find and screen AIEE-HS publications. Results showed <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1, 0 3 1}$</tex> publications: <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{7 7. 3 \%}$</tex> articles, <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1 8. 7 \%}$</tex> conference proceedings, and 4.0 % reviews. The study found 3,900 % increase in AIEE-HS articles from 3 to 121 (average: 33.26) during 30 years. The findings show stakeholder interest in the topic. According to the top stakeholders analysis, Pawson H has 15 publications and Delft University of Technology has 29. The UK publishes 284 times, while the European Commission funds 46. Due to the researcher's interest, organizational strategies, co-authorship collaborations, and funding, stakeholders were productive. Social housing (1168), housing policy (135), housing (844), and energy efficiency (343) topped AIEE-HS's keywords. The study showed that AIEE-HS is a dynamic, impactful, multidisciplinary research landscape with diverse subject areas and the potential for more publications and discoveries.
