VR enables operators to optimize layouts, track inventory, and follow step-by-step instructions for complex logistical tasks, thus minimizing downtime and increasing productivity. Additionally, the integration of VR into logistics contributes to safer working environments by allowing employees to simulate hazardous situations, fostering risk mitigation and accident prevention. As supply chains face increasing complexity, VR emerges as a key technology to promote innovation, reduce costs, and build more resilient, adaptable, and sustainable supply chain networks.
