This paper presents the design of a single-layer, high-gain, high-efficiency circularly polarized multiband antenna for wireless applications. The proposed antenna achieves significant gain and efficiency over multiple frequency bands by integrating coupled elements around the radiating patch structure. Specifically, the antenna shows a gain of 6.5 dB at 3.5 GHz, 7.2 dB at 4.5 GHz, 7.6 dB at 4.9 GHz, 10.2 dB at 5.2 GHz and 7.5 dB at 5.8 GHz. Circular polarization is successfully maintained across all operating frequencies, ensuring reliable signal transmission for wireless communication systems. In addition, the antenna has a high efficiency, with values of 85%, 93%, 94%, 95% and 87% in the respective frequency bands. The strengths of this design lie in its simple and cost-effective single layer structure, high performance across multiple bands and suitability for a wide range of wireless applications, making it an ideal solution for modern communication systems requiring compact, efficient, and multifunctional antennas.
