Abstract

Gastric inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a rare entity in children that may present with nonspecific gastrointestinal symptoms. Complete surgical excision remains both diagnostic and curative, with favorable postoperative outcomes and low recurrence risk when adequately resected.
