This work presents a new design and study of a reconfigurable bandpass filter. The proposed structure is based on four square ring resonators etched on the top side of an RO4003C substrate, which has a permittivity of 3.55 and a loss tangent of 0.0021. The overall dimensions of the circuit are W = 17.67 mm and L = 17.67 mm. The final design incorporates a single layer containing four resonators. This filter was validated using two electromagnetic solvers, ADS and CST Microwave Studio (CST-MW). The design includes nine tunable capacitances, which were adjusted to achieve reconfigurability. The simulation results confirm the adequate performance of the bandpass filter and demonstrate its suitability for RF applications. The reconfigurability of the filter allows for flexible tuning of the frequency band, making it an ideal candidate for advanced communication systems requiring adaptive filtering across multiple frequency bands
