Patients with cardiac amyloidosis undergoing aortic valve replacement present unique clinical challenges. While transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is increasingly used in high-risk populations, data on outcomes compared to surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) in amyloidosis patients are limited. This study aimed to compare outcomes in amyloid patients.
