Paul Mandele

Paul Mandele is a venture builder, product manager, and innovation consultant with over a decade of experience building technology ventures across East Africa. He operates at the intersection of commercial strategy, product experimentation, and market development with a track record of turning zero-to-one ideas into revenue-generating businesses in resource-constrained markets. Paul has held senior roles across the full spectrum of the innovation ecosystem from managing the Vodacom Innovation Hub and directing venture building at Smart Foundry, to co-founding AgriMark and building Sahara Sparks into East and Central Africa's largest innovation and technology entrepreneurship event. He currently serves as Director of Business Development at Dubai Based ADB Technology, while leading a stealth startup in Tanzania as CEO. His work is defined by a commercial operator's mindset: he designs experiments, measures outcomes, and makes kill-or-scale decisions grounded in data.
