Danielle Daku-Mante

I am a multidisciplinary professional operating at the intersection of enterprise technology, sustainability infrastructure, and entrepreneurship across Africa and Europe. I currently serve as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant at Bait Consulting Ltd, where I support large-scale enterprise implementations, including the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Oracle Fusion Cloud project in Ghana. My technical expertise spans ERP systems, supplier data management, and module implementation across complex institutional environments. I am the Founder and CEO of Baseline Global, a carbon accounting platform for African enterprises. Baseline helps organisations measure, report, and reduce their emissions with accuracy and confidence. The platform also features carbon trading capabilities and CBAM compliance tools, enabling exporters to meet EU reporting requirements and avoid punitive default values that threaten competitiveness. My work sits at the nexus of trade policy, climate regulation, and African industrial development. I hold an MSc in Oil and Gas Accounting and Finance from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a BA in Human Resource and Sociology from the University of Ghana. My graduate research on carbon accounting challenges in UK financial services laid the foundation for my sustainability work. I hold carbon accounting certifications from GIZ Ghana and the EU. My earlier career includes corporate banking, telecommunications, and executive support within Ghana’s Armed Forces International Peace Support Operations, where I supported UN peacekeeping missions (UNMISS and UNIFIL). I am a former BYP Network Diversity Lead in Aberdeen.
